Company History
Integra's History
Integra Chemical Company started business in the northwest in 1983. We began by supplying small-pack compounding chemicals to pharmacies nation-wide. Over the next 10 years, our product line was expanded to include laboratory chemicals in addition to manufactured titrating, testing and custom solutions. By the end of the 1980s, we were also serving Northwest businesses, government laboratories and educational institutions.

The 1990s brought an expansion of our laboratory chemicals and solutions. We used our pharmaceutical chemical experience to address the needs of the region's booming biotech industries and created a line of laboratory testing solutions that comply with requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia.

In the early 2000s, Integra chose to re-focus on its core business of laboratory, food and industrial chemicals. We increased our stocking capabilities and offered improved services. Integra also introduced Vita-D-Chlor, a dechlorination chemical derived from Vitamin C chemistry that provides a safer dechlorination option than sulfite chemistry. As sales for Vita-D-Chlor increased, Integra shifted to a solutions approach by also carrying equipment primarily for dechlorination during hydrant flushing and water main installations and maintenance.

Integra Products
Integra Chemical Company supplies a wide variety of chemicals to customers throughout the Pacific Northwest region and across the United States. We offer laboratory chemicals as well as food and industrial chemicals. Many of our products are available in small quantities such as pints, 1 & 5 gallons, and 1, 5 & 25 pound units. In addition, many products are available in sizes up to 100 pounds for dry materials and 55 gallon drums for liquids. Our broad range of unit sizes enables Integra to bridge the gap between national laboratory chemical distributors and bulk chemical distributors.

With a combination of sizes and product grades, our customers can be assured that they needn't over pay for excessive material and assures that they are provided the quantity they require without unnecessary waste.

Integra Service
Integra Chemical Company recognizes that many of our customers are purchasing agents who may not necessarily speak the chemical language and also don't have much time to waste. For this reason, our customer service representatives promptly answer incoming calls and are available to accept orders. Integra also has someone from the sales staff in the office each day so we can address special requirements in a timely manner. This personal and prompt attention assures that your requirements are addressed promptly and correctly. In addition to prompt phone support from customer service, our production and warehouse staff are also an integral part of the customer service team, ensuring that your stock orders ship the same or following day. They also ensure that materials which are back ordered are quickly restocked and shipped.

With continued success in providing support to an increasing customer base, Integra completed a successful transition into a new larger facility in 2008. This facility is 75% larger than the previous site and now provides for a 50% increase in stocking inventory. With these enhanced capabilities, Integra remains confident that our superior personal customer service, diverse product lines, available inventory, and competitive prices are what will maintain high customer satisfaction while supporting continued company growth well into the future.
