USP and NF Monograph Products

At Integra we work hard to continually shape and perfect our cGMP Quality Assurance program to reflect both our own experience and our customers’ needs. This work pays off in consistently excellent products that arrive on our customers’ doorsteps with the paperwork and support required to fulfill their regulatory and Quality Assurance demands.

PERFORMANCE

Integra’s USP and NF Monograph products are specially selected to maximize lot to lot consistency in product purity, appearance and performance. They are produced within a cGMP quality assurance environment and are suitable for pharmaceutical research and manufacturing applications. All conform to the most current USP and NF specifications with a lot specific certificate of analysis accompanying each shipment.

PACKAGING

Integra’s USP and NF Monograph product line has been expanded to include a broad range of unit sizes. Whether you require chemicals for bench-top, pilot plant or full-scale production you can now get the same high quality chemicals in the quantity that fits your scale. No waste and no troublesome re-qualifications.

All of Integra’s USP and NF Monograph products are packaged in tamper-evident containers. Larger unit sizes are packaged in screw-top polyethylene pails or lockable and re-sealable fiber drums. Custom packaging is also available on request.

USP Pharmacopeial Solutions and Reagents

Integra is proud to introduce a new line of high quality products designed for the pharmacopeial testing of USP and NF monographs. Our new USP Pharmacopeial Solutions and Reagents will eliminate much of the time and effort spent on determining the suitability of reagents and on preparing solutions for pharmaceutical quality control testing. With our new USP Pharmacopeial products, Quality Control departments in the pharmaceutical industry can move directly into critical testing, letting Integra take care of the time consuming reagent evaluations and solutions preparation.

REAGENTS AND INDICATORS

We have added over 370 reagents and indicators that meet or exceed the requirements and specifications for Reagents and Indicators, as found in the United States Pharmacopeia. These products are certified to meet all USP Reagent specifications with the actual test results available on the certificate of analysis. Look for the Certified Analytical Reagent (USP) line in our catalog to be assured of a suitable grade for your quality control work.

SOLUTIONS

In addition to the Reagents and Indicators we have expanded our product line to include over 130 Test, Volumetric and Colorimetric Solutions suitable for use in testing USP and NF Monographs. All of these solutions meet the requirements and specifications as found in the Test Solution, Colorimetric Solution and Volumetric Solution sections of The United States Pharmacopeia and are produced using USP Reagent quality chemicals.

Standardized solutions are traceable to NIST Standard Reference Materials with the NIST SRM and actual lot analysis reported on the product label. All solutions are supplied with a certificate of analysis or conformance which includes the date of manufacture and the expiration date of the solution. As with all of our solutions, the USP Validation and Testing line is produced in small lots, and many solutions are produced to order. This ensures the freshest, highest quality product for your critical quality control testing needs.
