Safety Data Sheets
Our safety data sheets are available here
on our website.
Safety data sheets are included with orders the first time the product is shipped. It is the responsibility of the buyer to assess the hazards of the product prior to handling or using the material. INTEGRA Chemical Company's product labels also contain hazard, safety, storage and handling information. The absence of warnings or other hazard data must not be interpreted as indication that the product is non-hazardous or that it lacks risks in exposure or handling.
Orders for stock items are generally shipped within one business day of receipt. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified.
All shipments will be packed per DOT regulations and shipped via an appropriate carrier. Please note: Shipments of hazardous materials may incur charges in addition to standard shipping fees. Unless otherwise specified, materials not accepted by UPS will be shipped via common carrier.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and note any discrepancies or external damage on the delivery receipt. If you find concealed damage, stop unpacking, save packing material and damaged pieces, and immediately request an inspection from the delivering carrier. Forward the inspection report to INTEGRA Chemical Company, including your purchase order number and our invoice number. Do not return damaged goods without obtaining prior authorization from our returns department. For discrepancies, immediately contact our customer service department. Damage and discrepancy claims must be filed within 10 days of receipt of the material.
